1. Your account

You must be at least 13 years old. You're responsible for the activity on your account and for keeping your credentials secure. Provide accurate info during signup and keep it current.

2. Your content

You own your takes. By submitting them, you grant The Take a worldwide, royalty-free license to host, display, aggregate, and share them in connection with operating the service (including anonymous aggregates and public distributions).

3. Acceptable use

• No harassment, hate speech, threats, or doxxing.
• No spam, scraping, or attempts to game distributions.
• No impersonation or misrepresentation.
• No reverse engineering or attacks on the service.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules.

4. The service

We may change, suspend, or discontinue features at any time. We try to keep things working but the service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.

5. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, The Take is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

6. Termination

You can delete your account at any time from Profile settings. We may terminate or suspend access for violations of these terms.

7. Changes

We may update these terms. Material changes will be announced in-app. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated terms.
